Returns Policy


It is always our goal to have our clients satisfied with their order when they receive it. While we hope for perfection, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.

Because all items are customized to your specifications, we require our approval prior to any return. Any item that is improperly branded or has defects, will be returnable for replacement or refund.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Shipping

We provide FREE Ground Shipping on most orders placed through 4LogoGolfBalls.com.  Any item offering free ground service must ship within the Continental United States to qualify for free shipping.

If you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or international shipping, we can provide this service. Our preferred methods for shipping are UPS or FedEx. We will provide a cost for the destination and respective shipping services you are requesting. International shipping will require an additional 24 to 48 hours preparation.

 

Delays on Delivery/Missed Deadlines

Force Majeure – 4LogoGolfBalls.com will not be held liable for any delays to order deliveries in the event of severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of terrorism or any other event outside of 4LogoGolfBalls.com reasonable control.
